Information we collect

GovClient processes business website addresses you submit, your business profile, certification selections, opportunity preferences, and saved reports. When you sign in, the platform may provide your account identifier and email address so your records can be kept separate from other users.

How we use it

We use this information to analyze your business, match relevant public buyers and procurement sources, save your workspace, improve results, and prepare alerts you request. We do not represent that government agencies have reviewed or endorsed your profile.

Public website information

Analysis is limited to publicly accessible business webpages. Do not submit confidential client information, credentials, private portals, or personal records.

Sharing

GovClient does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting and service providers required to operate the product, including Google for requested email delivery and Stripe for secure payment processing. GovClient does not store full payment-card numbers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from misuse.

Email choices

Opportunity emails are sent only when alerts are enabled in your workspace. You can switch alerts off at any time. Service and billing messages may still be sent when needed to operate your account.

Retention and choices

Saved profiles and reports remain associated with your account while the service is operating. You may turn alerts off, export your account data, or permanently delete your GovClient records from your workspace.
